Instructions:
Psalm 23 says that God leads us beside still waters, makes us lie down in green pastures and restores our soul.
It is rare these days that we take time to be refreshed or restored.
Use space to do. You can read quietly through the psalm and asking God to speak to you through it, taking time in silence to listen to God or simply taking 10 minutes to rest and relax.
