This station follows the talk “An Attitude Of Gratitude”
- Small notebooks (one per person). These can be bought cheaply online at Amazon or eBay or at most stationery shops.

Here’s an experiment…
Take one of the notebooks. It’s yours to keep. You can write your name on the front or decorate it if you like.
Write today’s date at the top of the first page.
Underneath that, write three things you are thankful for today.
Tomorrow do the same thing, writing three things you are thankful for tomorrow. BUT you aren’t allowed to repeat the same things
Same again the next day and the one after that
See how long can you keep it up without repeating anything.
