Script:
Be still for a moment.
Notice your own breathing.
We can’t live without breathing, yet it happens without us having to think or do anything about it.
The bible tells us that God breathed his life into us. The word for Spirit in the language the bible was written in is also the word for breath. God breathes his life into us.
As we come to worship, let your own breath remind you of God’s presence with you. He is closer to you than your own breath.
Without him there is no life.
