Child friendly version of the Waiting prayer stations

Waiting is difficult

The prayer station is to get people thinking about how long they would wait for certain things in hours, days, weeks, months and years. The second part is to think about what makes them impatient and is there anything that they can do to fight against the impulse to be impatient in their periods of waiting.

God is in control

This prayer station is very simple but thought provoking. Tell the individual to think about the following questions: What are they waiting for? What is God waiting for?

God comforts us while we wait

This prayer station is a memory verse to think about when they need the comfort of Jesus during their waiting.

These prayer stations were used with the passage Isaiah 40:21-31.
