Psalm 139 is one of the most famous psalms in the bible but how often do we take the time to really think about it?

Spend a couple of minutes reading the psalm slowly, taking time to really absorb what it is saying.

God knows you inside and out, the good things and the bad things, when you are at your happiest and when you are at your lowest ebb. He saw you and loved you before you were even born and you had done anything to deserve it.

Now re-read the psalm, pausing for a few seconds between each line and allowing God to speak to you through it. What word or phrase stands out to you? What is God saying to you through it?

Take a moment to thank God for his presence and his unconditional love for you.
