- Pens/Felt Tips etc
Overview:
This will be really popular with your younger members but can be a little crazy if not kept carefully managed!
Give everyone a piece of paper and ask them to make a paper airplane.
Whilst the planes are being made it is a good idea to let everyone know that the church is a no-fly zone until you say “go!”
Once the planes are made, ask people to write or draw their prayers on the side of their planes.
Explain that you are going to pray and offer all of the prayers to God and that when you say “amen” at the end you want them to launch their planes towards the front as a sign of offering them to God.
(We heartily recommend that you duck at this point.)
